Eve of Dawn @ Nine Mile Bar 08-09-08
It wasn’t really that far, we thought it was! Anyway, it started really late and we we’re wondering where are other bands? Maybe they got caught with the traffic, or maybe they got lost. But enough of that, as long as everybody came, and everybody played music! It was all good! We didn’t even noticed that it poured rain all the time that we were in the bar (or maybe bok and erick did notice, because they went out for a smoke).
Four songs per band? whoa! talk about luck! Well we usually got to play three songs so we thought “might as well take advantage of JOB’s offer!” and so we did! Yeah, I think we practically screwed up our gig. Maybe because we were tired or maybe we had trouble with the equipment, we just played our music. we just played as if there was nothing wrong, we just sucked it up! There were other great bands that night , but unfortunately we didn’t get to see everybody else because we have to go home early since most of us had to take a rest (especially dyc, peace man!), and three of us still got to get to Sucat. And so… We left early!
